Service

OFFSET/15 identifies invoice patterns and maintains an evidence workflow. It is not UPS, FedEx, an insurer, a law firm, or a guarantee of carrier credit.

Customer responsibility

You are responsible for account authorization, verifying evidence, complying with carrier agreements, and filing or approving disputes in your carrier account.

Billing

The launch plan is $129 monthly for eligible usage. Subscription management, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are handled through Stripe's hosted checkout and customer portal.

Acceptable use

Upload only invoice data you are authorized to process. Do not upload malicious files, credentials, payment-card data, health data, or unrelated personal information.

Launch note

Company identity, governing law, liability limits, tax treatment, support commitments, and service-level terms require legal approval before live sales.
